How do I book a discovery call or coaching session? 

You can book sessions through our online booking calendar, which allows you to select the date and time that best fits your schedule.

What is the difference between a discovery call and a coaching session? 

A discovery call is a free 25-minute session to explore your health goals and learn about our coaching process, while a coaching session is a paid, in-depth 50-minute meeting focusing on detailed strategies and personal guidance.

Policies

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

 All sessions are charged regardless of cancellation notice. If you need to reschedule, you can do so without any additional fees provided you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. All clients agree to this policy during the booking process.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is agreed upon by all clients during the service agreement and booking process.
